Failure to marshal within the timeframe as listed in the program will result in swimmers being withdrawn from events.
It is imperative that swimmers who do not intend to compete in an event in which they have been entered withdraw from the event. Swimmers or a representative on their behalf must complete the withdrawal slip at the marshalling table once the meet has commenced. Withdrawals can be completed prior to the meet by contacting the Swimming WA office before 5:00pm Thursday 15th December.
RELAY ENTRIES
Clubs will need to submit a ‘hard copy’ Relay Team Slip Form with names and correct order of swimmers and hand to Chief Recorder/Meet Director 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the session during which the relay is to be swum, in this instance by 9:00an each day. Any changes to the relay form after this time (eg: inclusion of a different swimmer, alteration to the order of swimmers) shall attract a ‘hindrance’ fee of $100 payable at the time of the alteration before the relay team are eligible to swim. There is no obligation by the Meet Director to accept this late change.

Medals will be awarded to the fastest 3 swimmers per age group in each event. Swimmers must attain the qualifying time to be awarded a medal.
Medals for this meet will be available for collection from the medal table on the bridge, there will be no official presentation of medals at this meet due to time restrictions.
Medal winners will be announced once results for each race are available, after which swimmers may collect their medal from the medal table.
The dais will be available near the medal collection point for swimmers who wish to be photographed with their medal once they have collected it.
VOLUNTEERS ROSTER
As per Swimming WA’s policies, based on entry numbers, clubs are allocated volunteer duties. It is the responsibility of each club to ensure they have people available to fill these duties to allow the meet to run smoothly.
All volunteers (including time keepers) who require pool deck access are to enter the area over the bridge and down the northern grandstand or via the swim school office. All other access points are not to be used for the duration of the competition.
