Withdrawals can be completed prior to the meet by contacting the Swimming WA office before 5:00pm Wednesday 11th January.
Clubs will need to submit a ‘hard copy’ Relay Team Slip Form with names and correct order of swimmers and hand to Chief Recorder/Meet Director 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the session during which the relay is to be swum. Relay Team Slips are to be handed in to the Omega Room located on pool deck, access via the back corridor. Any changes to the relay form after this time (eg: inclusion of a different swimmer, alteration to the order of swimmers) shall attract a ‘hindrance’ fee of $100 payable at the time of the alteration before the relay team are eligible to swim. There is no obligation by the Meet Director to accept this late change.
