"Jodie has worked tirelessly for the Wickham Swimming Club for a number of years as a coach and committee member. Jodie also holds a role as Technical Official at most northern swimming meets, without her passion and dedication many of the meets would not be able to go ahead. Jodie works tirelessly with her squad and other swimmers to encourage safe swimming practices within the club and ensures that each new swimmer is equipped with the knowledge of safe practices. Jodie also has a strong focus on wellbeing, promoting sportsmanship within the club and a focus on continual improvement of the swimmer. Jodie works with the other coaches and committee members to ensure we are a strong and united committee; is a very collaborative person and appreciates everyone has a role to undertake and each are critical to the running of a successful club.Jodie holds each of us accountable for doing what we say we will do for the utmost progress within the club. We value Jodie’s contribution to our club and we thank her for her passion and dedication that she brings with her to every swimming activity."
