Although the 2013 Swimming WA State Open and Age LC Championships were a great success, Swimming WA recognizes there are areas that need improvement. In order for Swimming WA to improve its events, the association needs to gather members’ feedback.

We ask that members please spare a moment of their time to complete this short survey. The information gathered from this survey will only be used to assist Swimming WA in improving Swimming WA run events.
