Swimming WA is pleased to offer Swimming WA officials the opportunity to further develop their knowledge and confidence in practicing social inclusivity. Swimming WA believes in building the capacities of our officiating community and assisting in adding to the 'toolbox' of skills for all our officials.
During this workshop officials will explore social inclusion theories, ideas and the social inclusion topics, and discuss how they relate to their individual role. This workshop is fantastic for those who are wishing to upskill on their knowledge base.
Topics include:
- Disability awareness and social inclusion
- Building stronger, more connected clubs
- Inclusive events
- Inclusive leadership
This interactive workshop, delivered by Inclusion Solutions, provides technical officials the ability to participate in the workshop face to face or online (upon request).
