FUN WITH FRIENDS

We want kids across Australia to keep swimming for longer.

So, Swimming Australia has developed Optus Junior Dolphins; a great way for kids to have fun with
their friends, keep active and improve their swimming in a safe and non-competitive environment.

You can join the Optus Junior Dolphins family via swim schools, swimming clubs and primary schools
across Australia, so get ready to make a splash!

Give your kids confidence in the pool

Optus Junior Dolphins focuses on fun and kids are taught skills through games, swimming and
personal development.  It’s all delivered in a safe, social and non-competitive environment to
make sure your child has a great experience.

Target Age

Optus Junior Dolphins is great for kids who have already learnt basic swimming skills.
The program has been developed with kids aged 5 to 8 in mind, but it suits a
range of ages and abilities, so your child can learn and progress at a pace
that is right for them.

Benefits

By taking part in Optus Junior Dolphins, your child will:

-Receive free club membership, if they are 7 and under, or half price membership if they are 8
-Receive a fun pack with an Optus Junior Dolphins t-shirt and bag
-Be part of a nationally-recognised program that is endorsed by the Australian Dolphins Swim Team

Progression

Optus Junior Dolphins is a key part of Swimming Australia’s pathway and is designed
to help kids as they transition from Learn to Swim programs into club or recreational swimming.
