After a successful 2022-2023 season supporting 10 regional coaches to complete their coaching accreditations, Swimming WA is pleased to release the Regional Coach Scholarship initiative again for the 2023-2024 season.
The Regional Coach Scholarship offers Swimming WA coaches and teachers to complete the requirements* for a Swimming Australia coach accreditation (course or workshop between 1st July 2023 – 30th April 2024). The scholarship will be offered to successful applicants to subsidize the costs of the courses/workshops.
The aim of the scholarship is to:
• Support the education and development of regional coaches and;
• Increase in the number of Swimming Australia accredited coaches in regional WA.
