In accordance with Clause 7.1(b) of the Western Australia Swimming Association (Incorporated) Constitution (May 2016), the annual membership subscription, fees and levies payable by Members (or any category of Members) to Swimming WA, the basis of, the time for and manner of payment shall be as determined by the Board from time to time and set out in the By-Laws.
In addition, Clause 7.1(c) of the Western Australia Swimming Association (Incorporated) Constitution (May 2016), the Chief Executive Officer is to notify Members of the affiliation and membership fees for the following Financial Year prior to the 30th day of April each Financial Year.
