UWA West Coast’s Peter Foley has been recognised as October’s Volunteer of the Month (VOTM) for his outstanding contributions to inclusive swimming in Western Australia.
As Club President and a dedicated advocate for swimmers with disabilities, Peter has worked tirelessly to create accessible opportunities in his community. With the support of his club, he has opened club nights to young swimmers with disabilities, offering a safe and supportive environment for them to compete—completely free of charge. Peter’s commitment sets a powerful example of inclusivity within the sports community.
