Junior Dolphins Carnival

Running an Optus Junior Dolphins Carnival is the perfect way to engage with your younger club members, and the ideal avenue to partner with local schools and swim schools to expose potential members to your fun Club environment.

Your event should be focused on kids having fun in a non-competitive learning environemnt, to encourage them to continue their swimming journey. There are three main types of carnivals:

  1. OJD Club Night - regular club night that is themed and focused on involving your OJD members with fun, un-timed events.
  2. OJD Intra-Club Carnival - stand-alone club carnival involving your members, themed and focused on fun, un-timed events for OJD members and potential members (i.e. you may link with your local swim school to expose potential members to your Club environment).
  3. OJD Inter-Club Carnival - stand-alone carnival themed and focused on fun, un-timed events for OJD members, potential members and inviting surrounding clubs in your area. This is a great opportunity to link with local swim schools and utilise the free membership offering to promote your Club.
