Bunbury Open Carnival

Entries will open 1 month from the first day of competition.

Warm up starts at 8:00am with the meet commencing at 9:00am.

Medals will be awarded to the three fastest male and female swimmers as follows:

each division of the 50m events, 100m events and the 200m individual medley;

each event of the 50m multi-class, 200m backstroke, 200m breaststroke, 200m freestyle and 1500m freestyle; and

each relay event.

Divisions shall be: 9-10yrs; 11-12yrs; 13-14yrs; 15-16yrs; and 17yrs & over.

All events will be conducted as timed finals. The mixed open 1500m freestyle will be limited to one heat only (the first 10 entries will be accepted). Please get your entries in early!

SPLASH AND DASH INFORMATION

EVENT 3, 9 and 14 are the Splash and Dash events. For the comfort of our youngest swimmers, all Splash and Dash events will be held in the morning. In line with SAL guidelines, medals will not be awarded to 7-8 year old Splash and Dash entrants. The event entry fee has been reduced accordingly.
