Casual Volunteers needed for Swim Central rollout
Do you have a passion for IT, customer service and have a love of sport? We have the position for you!
Swimming WA requires volunteers to assist with the transition to the new membership and competition database (CRM), Swim Central. This position is based at the Swimming WA head office, at Beatty Park Leisure Centre, North Perth.
Main tasks include:
- Learning and understanding Swim Central, becoming confident in navigating the new CRM.
- Handle enquiries by phone and email.
- Assist Clubs and Members in the leadup and after implementation.
- Planning and implementing the rollout Communications Plan.
- Assist Clubs with Meet entry set up on Swim Central.
Swimming WA is seeking volunteers who can commit to three months, at least one day a week.
