Swimming WA and MySwimResults are requesting all Clubs set up their 2019/20 season Membership fees over the coming weeks, to be ready to open Memberships on 2 September.
To start preparing please see the helpful checklist below to ensure your Club is ready to make it easy for your Members to renew for the 2019/20 seasons. Please note, as per our previous Memo, Membership must include the SWA fee as one Membership fee.
In addition to this checklist, please ensure your Club has submitted the 2019/20 Affiliation Forms and have no remaining outstanding Membership fees in MSR or any outstanding invoices with Swimming WA. This will allow Clubs’ Affiliation expiry date to be changed to 01 October 2020.
