David Larkman, a coach and mentor from Collie Swimming Club, has been selected as February's Volunteer of the Month (VOTM) for his outstanding work.
Larkman is committed to helping the kids at Collie Swimming Club become excellent swimmers. He drives 100km round trip, three nights a week to coach at the Club. He goes above and beyond to teach them all the necessary techniques and qualities required to become wonderful and respected swimmers.
The kids admire and appreciate Larkman's coaching style and approach. It is clear from their significant improvement over the last twelve months that Larkman's coaching is making a real difference.
Collie Swimming Club is grateful to have someone like David Larkman in the community who is willing to give up his time and energy to help Collie's swimmers become the best they can be.
