Saturday 23 October 2023 saw Swimming WA host the first Multi-Class specific PHO3NIX Junior Excellence Clinic.
The participants spent an hour in the water fine-tuning their "race skills", such as dives and tumble turns with our amazing coaches for the day - Rob Palfrey (UWA West Coast) and Lucky Weerakkody (Kwinana) who both have experience coaching swimmers with disabilities.
The group then finished off the day learning about the importance of nutrition with Paralympian and nutritionist David Bryant.
Lots of smiles all round on a lovely day!
