These talented and respected individuals were given the opportunity to attend the asctaWA conference on 12-13 October. This was a great way to inspire and expand the knowledge of the Young Leaders for what will become a busy year developing their coaching skills.
The 12 participants come from all across WA with more than a few regional representatives. Swimming WA will be supporting and giving guidance for training in all aspects of their chosen directions. With the newly established partnership with Duke 4 Sport, this talented bunch of youths will be given a leg up due to the structure and success of the Young Leaders programme.
